6. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment may be required for selected products.
• Bulk orders may require advance booking amount.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Bulk orders generally require 7–15 business days.
• Delivery delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
• Shipping charges may vary depending upon location and quantity.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

9. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Customized, OEM, private label, and bulk manufactured products are non-returnable unless found defective.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

10. Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, shall only cover manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, chemical exposure, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

11. Bulk Orders

Production timelines for bulk orders may vary depending upon order quantity. Customized branding, logo printing, OEM manufacturing, and private labeling orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product images, graphics, designs, text, catalogues, and trademarks are the exclusive property of DSK Leather Works. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
